Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of management, this position contributes to Infusions success by providing outstanding customer service to all customers. The individual in this position will create the “Tea Experience” for our customers by providing consistently quality beverages, products and service, while maintaining a clean and comfortable café environment. Training in tea will be on going.

Duties and Responsibilities

	•	Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers by interacting with customers and responding to their needs.
	•	Share knowledge with customers accurately and confidently.
	•	Prepares quality beverages and food service consistently for all customers.
	•	Host children's tea parties.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

	•	Customer service and/or Food service experience required.
	•	MUST BE INTERESTED IN TEA (drink/enjoy) – we don't expect the associates to be experts in tea, but interest is essential.
	•	Strong work ethic and commitment to the highest customer service standards.
	•	Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
